Yes, it is spam. It was posted by a spambot -- an automated process. The ultimate purpose is to infect computers with malware. This specific spam was probably not expected to do that. Rather, it was likely an attempt to "Google Bomb". In other words, Google would index that post and someone searching for those keywords would find it in Google. The intention would be to get people to the site to which the links go and infect their computers.
Someone used a program to map out the process of creating a new topic in our forums. They then programmed that into a spambot. Since the spambot follows the normal process perfectly, it is very hard for me to block. Previously, I have generally been able to figure out a way of identifying spambots and then block them. This time I can't.
