What medicines have helped you with anxiety AND depression?

Used to use Xanax and Prozac together. New psychiatrist is very anti-xanax (addictive properties) so now using just Zoloft. Working pretty well.

Zoloft or Lexapro. Best for combined anxiety and depression. Also Effexor.

I'm going to ask about Lexapro.

Tried Pristiq, but that didn't work so well for me.
