I'm guessing you stopped Concerta with your doctor's consent, but I just through it was worth reiterating for anyone who might be going on meds -- DO NOT STOP without consulting with your doctor. If something's not working for you, talk with your doctor. If you stop abruptly, your brain chemistry may go completely off.
My depression bouts are mostly anxiety-triggered. Celexa helped for a few years. I'm trying Zoloft now. Not sure how much it's helping. But I'm doing therapy, too, which helps. My anxiety is rooted in OCD.
