"Best" Series Finale?

Just binge watched "Being Human" on Netflix, and thought it had one of the best series finale's I've seen. Wrapped up all the main character stories, tied up loose ends and got a glimpse into the future.
IYO what's the "best" series finale? |

I know this one is controversial and divided, but I really liked the end of Battlestar. |

Breaking Bad was definitely a great finale. Far and away the best.
Worst: Seinfeld. I hate clip episodes generally. I thought Lost was ok - I'd give it a B- (except for the whole bit about Syed and that blonde girl being soulmates or whatever. That was just odd). Sopranos was a bit of a cop out I thought. |
