Recruiting director also has 4 young kids that will take precedence over any lacrosse if there is a conflict. And SR will also likely take precedence over M&D DC so who is to say she will be there in 3-4 years?

They're a new parent but just finally went to the website yesterday. "Wow".

You also don't seem to have any idea what a recruiting contact workload is like. Do you think they travel the country and pop in on coaches repeatedly to sell them on recruits?

Blue goes 8-8 with an uptick once they cut some girls after the 1st season, orange goes 0-16, originally I said 1-15 but I think that was generous.
