L'Auberge chez Francois has a really nice truffle box.
Range used to have a really great chocolate section - not sure if that is still there. Max Brenner's has good chocolates but they aren't really a Washington institution. |

| I have never been there, but there is a chocolate store in Silver Spring called Velatis on Georgia Ave. It looks old time and family run for many years. |

The used to sell Velatis caramels at the candy counter at Woodies in the olden days. So delicious. |

I would order Woodhouse. They arrive as fresh as can be and are the best I have ever had. Nothing that I have tried around here comes close.
