I'm in Montgomery County, and it's my way of showing local pride too. The chocolates and fleur de sel caramels are delicious.

This thread was some how revivied from 2015. But there is a Burdicks now on DC!

I’ll echo the recommendations for Velatis. The sugary caramels are a DC classic. The toffee is my favorite candy ever. They also have several flavors of chewy caramels, and truffles , as well as a variety of seasonal candies.
