Did you track temps too or cervical position? I'd say you probably ovulated around 19/20, but it is helpful to use another marker as well.

Unfortunately, no. Temping stresses me husband out. I can't reach my cervix.

19 or 20 would be my guess as well. My body does this sometimes too, where it seems to go back and forth between watery and eggwhite/stretchy and you can't tell except in retrospect which are the best days / closest to ovulation. But usually if it dries up rapidly it means you ovulated the day before or at most 2 days before. Sometimes in cycles where I have a really huge amount of CM, it may take an extra day to completely dry up, but there will be a noticeable quantity difference the day before it's totally gone. I've recently started temping to try to confirm and this cycle was like that. Crazy CM from days 30-33, still quite a lot on day 34 (when OPK gave me a positive), a reasonable amount on day 35, mostly dry on day 36. Temps were higher on day 35 and a true spike on day 36, so my tracking app pegged ovulation at day 35.

Op here. Thanks for the responses. I do hope day 19 or 20. Well, actually day 20 since I assume there's a chance we had sex within the window (morning of day 21).

How long have you been charting? If you're new to charting, I wouldn't be so quick to write down "watery" days. I would write down whatever the second most fertile mucus you saw that day was and just notate that it may have been watery. I think true watery days are a little more difficult for newbies to identify.

That said, if you're correct about your charts so far, then you may have peaked on day 20, but you need to keep charting to see if you have more days of non-fertile mucus that will confirm ovulation. And, if you did peak day on day 20, your best chances for conception would have been on days 18 and 19 (especially 19), not day 21, though conception may still have been possible.

Those haven't worked for me in the past and me RE said they don't work for everyone.

If they don't work for you then CM doesn't work for you either. There is no way to tell based on your CM - it's not clear cut in your case. Why not have sex every other day? Spacing it out for 7 days makes it less likely to hit the "good timing".

My husband isn't up for having sex every other day. He never has been and never will be. I tried to get him to be more frequent for years and I've officially given up. He's a once a week kind of guy and always will be

Try the OvWatch. It gives you a four day heads up. It's best to have sex a couple of days before you ovulate. I think your timing is off.

Thanks. I will check it out. Unfortunately he's unwilling to have sex when he doesn't want to. He won't be able to perform. He's truly a once a week kind of guy. It used to drive me crazy and then I accepted it.

How much does he want kids? I (a woman) have to do a fair amount of sex when I'm not in the mood for TTC purposes. Seems like he should be able to suck it up as well.

In your scenario above, I think day 17 would have been ideal. Keep tracking your cycles to get to know your pattern, and maybe you can get him to go on your best day.

Op, I hate to say this but you're not going to get pregnant if you're having sex once a week. It's very very unlikely. DH doesn't have a high drive but he knew what we had to do and got on board for every other day, sometimes 2 days in a row. Sometimes it took a little imagination and tricks to get him up and more often than not I didn't have an orgasm, but we did it cause we knew we had to. Business sex sucks but it is what it is! Especially after trying for 8 months!
If he truly can't perform, can he take Viagra or something?
