She's wearing a strapless bra which always looks like it's falling. The dress fit is fine, it just looks like she was seated for a while and forgot to pull the dress down once she stood up.

They all look good. Melania looks great, but I am questioning he double-breasted trend. We also saw this at Barron's graduation. In general I think it's a look that should be used sparingly. She can pull it off, but less of it would be better, IMO.

Agree- it looks like a bandeau and after moving and shifting it's not working. She or an assistant will see in these photos and hopefully make an adjustment. It's not something you notice at home putting bra and dress on and posing in the mirror.

She needs to avoid the strapless completely and find convertible and other types. She's small so dance bras for under costumes could be a great option.

Why would you wear a strapless bra with a regular dress? I thought this may be the case but as a 34DDD I cannot comprehend this choice!! LOL
