It’s just sad from an appearance perspective because they put on the front of having a very healthy, supportive relationship and then BAM! divorce.

You divorce your spouse, not your kids. And he'll hire help with the kids anyway. But, seems like it will be more peaceful for them than living with two parents who can't get along.

Tom Brady basically admitted on his podcast that his marriage issues are due to him not being present enough at home and putting football ahead of his family.

Right so he's a workaholic burying his head in the sand by working non stop. He's not going to change. He'll be forced to retire from playing football because of age, but he'll throw himself into his next gig. Gisele is throwing in the towel. I don’t know, given how family oriented she’s been, for her kids sake I can’t imagine she’d want to make this more public than it has to be. There are no winners in divorce- everyone loses, especially the kids, even in the cases that it is for the best.

We don't know anything about them or their marriage. Her supporting him when he announced he was not retiring, and them being seen on vacation together does not give us any insight. You're never going to have the answer to your question. Do you even know the ins and outs of marriages between between people you actually know and talk to?
