NP. It's not about reward and punishment. It's about being sexually attracted. I doubt I can be attracted to a man who didn't have a pair and if I'm not attracted to him why would I want to have sex with him.

My guess is that the man doesn't need the egg. He should not be too much of a wimp to stand up to his wife or girlfriend and tell her that, if she wants an egg, she should go get it herself.
