No. Bangs on a short forehead have to be relatively short in length - it's so much harder to manager relatively short bangs. |

| On a related note, I saw a feature or read something about Marlene Dietrich (I think)- she had a very small forehead, too, and spent years getting treatments to extend her forehead and get rid of hair. |
