You never asked, but here’s what I actually favor …

1. Major reform in Israel, resulting in an actual democratic state with appropriate restoration of Palestinian rights, including meaningful reparations in many cases. U.N. “assistance” to ensure peaceful coexistence with an eye toward a true blooming of regional harmony.

2. Destruction, without provision of any quarter whatsoever, of Hamas, the Likud party, any other militant / terrorist groups in Israel or the (formerly) occupied territories, and any other political groups in Israel or the (formerly) occupied territories that refuse to contribute to a peaceful outcome. You won’t disavow? Gallows.

3. Unrelenting social exile for anyone in the U.S. who unconditionally supported Israel’s policies and actions of the past 75+ years (and who won’t disavow now), and anyone who unconditionally supported the policies and actions of Palestinian leadership over the past 75+ years (and who won’t disavow now).
