I’ve used the Skinceutical vitamin C, and the Amazon version is just as good if not better. The reviews are real.

There is NO way this one is a dupe - if it is, then don’t believe the hype re: skinceuticals b/c I have used this TruSkin vit C and it does nothing for my skin and feels tacky after applying (not just immed after, but for a while after).

My question is... can you use the vitamin c and moisturizer in the summer? Or is this routine something you do during the winter when you don't go outside alot and should I wait til next winter to start this vitamin c/moisturizer regmen?

You can use it during the summer. Your skin may need a different moisturizer in the summer and winter, depending on how dry/sensitive it gets.

Thank you for the reply!

Just adding on that, your serum always goes first then thicker ingredients. So if you use a vitamin C and HA and moisturizer, it would go on in the order from thin to thickest so vitamin C, HA, moisturizer then your sunscreen. Let each soak in a few minutes in between. I usually floss then do vitamin C and while that’s drying, I brush my teeth.

It’s not I have tried it. It seems to do OK but I think the shelf life is a lot less. When I switch back to SkinCeuticals after I was like damn I guess I was missing out!

Ha I posted about Kari Gran right after you did! Agree it’s probably really good for senior or very dry skin, l tried a serum + balm combo in the dead of winter and it was way too much for me. But I’m loving the balm for my knees and elbows etc. The vitamin C felt nice but I’m giving skinceuticals a whirl this time around. I love the way the peptide serum smells!

They are really nice products and they focus on doing just a few things, well. Also I was surprised when I emailed support a question and got a reply from Kari herself!
