| A burger and a bag of chips. The burger is from my neighbor's happy cows. |
| A bowl of cherries. I ate a lot during the day. |
| Soy/sambal/honey marinated chicken thighs, rice and red cabbage. |
Dang girl, 20 mg! Let’s hang out. |
|
Bread dipped in an olive oil concoction
Nuts Cherries |
| Last night was Tasty Bite 3 Bean Madras Lentils over cauliflower rice and a small bowl of Grape Nuts Flakes with almond milk before bed |
Come over! I’m telling you, starting out with an edible is the key to making this boring diet (I’m pre-diabetic and my GP told me I had to cut out all refined carbs) sustainable. I don’t do an edible every night, but definitely on weekends. |
| Last night? Pan roasted lemon pepper white bass (from Costco) and garlic green beans with a small portion of red beans and rice DH made |
This. But also I admit that I go crazy on Mac and Cheese night but usually I eat more meats and veggies than other stuff. And watermelon as desert will make you poop it all out before the fats sit on your stomach |
We get one of those huge salmons from Costco every week and cut it up and freeze it for daily meals. We end up eating salmon about twice a week. One of those times is with old bay, another with lemon pepper and another as tacos or breakfast. Lasts 2 nights now that the boys eat more but someone with little kids could probably get a 3rd days worth |
This is a breakfast or lunch for me. Albeit an expensive one. |
| I haven't eaten dinner in two years. |
Oh no! |
| Chicken, brussel sprouts and a side of plain pasta with a small amount of butter on it. Yes I eat pasta and bread! GASP! |
They had a good price at Costco. Usually, they are over 10 dollars, but I think it was 7 dollars yesterday for the package. |
