No dinner in recent days; I started eating black beans for breakfast and it fills me up so much I don’t have a desire for any more food past breakfast and lunch - or at most I’ll have some fruit in the late afternoon/early evening.

A salad with just various types or lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers , croutons, and a little cheese. With a homemade vinaigrette. Baked ziti. |

Bbq meatballs, green beans and macaroni cheese. You can eat any foods and be skinny the key is serving size. Half my plate will be green beans, I’ll have four meatballs and the. A 1/2 cup macaroni and cheese. Probably a small plain spinach salad (we don’t add dressing) and some berries or watermelon for dessert. |

Protein and vegetable. No or less starch and carbs. |
20 mg sativa edible as an appetizer (makes the food taste so much better and is my secret tip to enjoying this lean, boring food lol)

Through the week, we have lean protein, a green veggie, and a starch every night usually rice. Fruit for dessert. |
