What can I say in office emails other than "No Worries" and "No Problem"?

Are there any other phrases that cover the same territory?

I try to turn it into an opportunity to say thank you back to the person.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

Thank you for all your hard work on this, for your attention to this issue, for dealing so well with an awkward situation, etc.

"No worries" and "no problem" are such silly Millennial expressions. How about "Thank you" when it's warranted, and "You're welcome" when it's warranted. People under 35 don't seem to know those expressions, especially the latter. It's useful oftentimes.

For any situation where "will do" is appropriate, a much better response is "done."

"I'm going to do that like it's my job!"
