Due to health or low libido, you can't give your spouse the sex they want/need. The marriage, for the most part, is good and loving. It's not like you have low libido because you are mad at them or have unresolved issues. So you decide to let them go outside ot ehe marriage to have sex. What would you prefer? Random people from Craigslist, AM or AdultFriendFinder (with a condom, of course) OR a prostitute OR a steady sex partner? Are there any rules you would set up (like no contact other than setting up sex dates)? Would you want to know when he/she was seeing the partner?

We have full disclosure. If you are playing with someone, the partner should know about it. I prefer details, she doesn't. In fact, she assumes if I am going out with someone, there is likely to be sex involved.
You should keep in mind that most people don't have on-going sex. Most partners are a time or two with an occasional triste going on for a few months. That's normal. Few people click sexually for the long term. You might also be surprised to find out that the presence of outside sexual partners tends to increase the libidio in the non-participating partners.

But in this (made up scenario), you can't because of health issues. This is not a, we want to try an open marriage or how does swinging work, scenario. It's, do to circumstances beyond our control, one partner can have sex outside of the marriage. Would you want it to be with someone they had a relationship with or a random stranger/prostitute?

I wouldn't give a shit but I would want my DH to agree to let me step out of the marriage too. The fact is he isn't good in bed, has let himself get out of shape, and doesn't help with chores or childcare. The spark has gone and resentment has set in, ruining sex for me.

So if he would want to sleep with others, then I would just want the same privilege, cause there are plenty of hot guys out there with whom I would feel a spark.
