Favorite regional/hometown brands

There's probably already a similar thread somewhere, but what are your favorite regional/hometown brands that people should know about? Both of mine are consumables, but the question isn't limited to that. I love finding niche brands!

Spring Grove Soda: www.springgrovesoda.com Especially the Lemon Sour flavor. Uses cane sugar (which I prefer the taste of) and the bottle says "mange tusen takk."

Knudsen's Caramels: www.knudsenscaramels.com So soft, so buttery. My favorite caramels ever.

OP, Red Wing, MN.

We also have the shoes and the pottery, but those aren't really niche products!

NC Native here... I attended Governor's School one summer and fell in love with W-S. Oh, those were the days. We ate a LOT of Moravian cookies. (I also have a Moravian star that we use in our Christmas decorations... no one in our neighborhood has one and we've gotten lots of compliments.)

But you misspelled Krispy Kreme. I'm going to assume that's an auto correct fail.
