That post may not have been racist or sexist, but it was glaringly ageist. It was pretty awful, and even you admitted it was awful in your OP. It absolutely should have been deleted. Next time, I’d keep feelings like that to myself, even on an anonymous forum.

I love her. And it is Spirit Reader to you good sir.

I’m a women and it doesn’t matter what she’s called, she’s still a fraud.

I agree with this. They sound so incredibly out of touch.

You're missing the point of "psychic readers" - they're all for entertainment.

We have a new entry on the annoying DCUM poster list.

And it is.... ‘How dare you wish for snow when I have a COVID vaccine appointment‘ lady!

The birther lady who is obsessed with where people say they're from. You can't say you're from DC if you've lived there for 30 years, you must state where you were born, otherwise you're a liar with something to hide.

It's not one poster, but it's the posters who get into a seemingly personal inane argument. Someone will ask for a restaurant recommendation and then some posters will start arguing about something stupid, like if the restaurant uses recycled napkins. I feel like all the normal people tune out and I feel bad for the OP who never gets an answer.

On the real estate forum, it's a tie between the airplane-noise trolls and the dimwits who think anything busier than a suburban cul-de-sac is a "busy road."

That lady is disturbed.

I feel like everyone in DC is like this. Unless you were born here, you’re a transplant, even if you’ve lived here for 10+ years.

Ah. You must be the control freak OP of this thread:

That explains so much.

Actually, I’m not! Although I don’t understand the whole shorts-in-winter thing, I recognize that different bodies have different thresholds.

I don’t know if this has been covered yet, but the posters in the relationship threads who oh so helpfully always reply, “why did you marry him in the first place?”
