The ICE officers knew it was bad right then and there. |

Someone mentioned the two women who were detained who assisted the agent who had a seizure (actually multiple seizures, the woman who took charge has a family member with epilepsy). Here's the interview with the women:
|
They probably want to charge them with felony murder and say they were violently obstructing: felony murder rule The felony murder rule is a law in most states and under federal law that allows anyone who is accused of committing a violent felony to be charged with murder if the commission of that felony results in the death of someone. The people involved in the felony may be charged for murder under the rule even if they had no intention of killing someone. For example, if A and B attempt to rob a store and A accidentally killed an employee when breaking through a window, then both A and B could be charged with murder through the felony murder rule, even though B did not kill a person and A did not intend the outcome. |
They accidently murdered as close to a perfect victim as you could find, with as clear video evidence of officer wrong doing as you could get. There really is no explaining this. But if they throw the officers under the bus, they will lose the loyalty of their thugs. |
and...filming is not illegal. Documenting the activities of federal employees on public space is not illegal, and is certainly not a crime worth of beatings or death. |
And if they throw this victim under the bus, they are going to have national vehement anger from nurses and doctors and other healthcare professionals. A good leader would attempt to extinguish the fire. This administration will absolutely throw gasoline on it. I miss good leaders. |
at some point, I would hope professional and college athletes would boycott playing until this is over. Imagine not having a super bowl because of trump's thugs. |
They’re afraid because deep down they know they (the MAGA voters) are the ones to blame. |
