I'm hooked even though I rarely pay any attention to any of this gang. But I'm not sold on the marital issues as the explanation; mostly because why would you try to cover that up with a fake surgery or illness?

My money is on eating disorder; she went in-patient for intensive treatment and then discharged home to continue care.
