I will vote for Biden but no, democrats are not doing anything significant for healthcare right now. We need major reform to the ACA and lower caps on costs. And as long as healthcare remains tied to work employees will exploit part time workers.

How can they when the GOP blocks any significant reform (absent control of both houses and a filibuster proof majority)? A significant portion of the Democratic party supports Medicare for All.

From what I hear--a lot from doctors-- it is a combo of private equity, vertical integration (healthcare/pharmacy/insurance like United Health Group)--ACA didn't allow doctors to own hospitals, it turned out doctor greed is nothing compared to PE and insurance greed. DOJ (under Biden) has an antitrust probe into UHG right now.

Yea no kidding, most docs have not seen an increase in pay for close to 20 years believe it or not. The system is broken! We are forced to literraly "turn over" patients like a assembly line to turn a profit and keep up with inflation. You get what you voted for.

The sources of this "dark money" flowing freely into our political system receive a return on their investment/donation via having their interests looked out for first and foremost by the supported politicians.
