This would be enough to kill an ordinary human being.

It takes a strong drive, a cult-like mafia, and no conscience whatsoever to commit so many crimes in so many jurisdictions, refuse to stop defaming someone even after a multimillion dollar civil verdict, and get other people to pay your legal fees. It helps to have personally appointed 1/3 of the Supreme Court.

I hope you know that 40% of the country agrees with you that Trump is a one man crime wave, but the other 60% believes that the countless civil and criminal matters are politically motivated to take him out before the election. if he committed so many crimes, in so many jurisdictions, over so many years (i.e, the "rape" was in the mid 1990's), why is it all being prosecuted in 2024?

Because once he was a viable presidential candidate, he was under a whole lot more scrutiny, but he was elected and was untouchable as president. Once he was out of office, all of these cases were pursued, and then his lawyers delayed every proceeding as much as they could, and he again declared his candidacy and has been trying to have as few cases adjudicated as possible until we’re so close to the election that the prosecutions stop. He knows that if he’s elected, there will be a pause in prosecutions, the statute of limitations will run out on some cases, he can appoint sympathizers to head the justice department, he can name sympathetic judges, he can even attempt to pardon himself on all possible federal crimes.

You sure didn’t pull those percentages out of your butt or anything.

Here are some percentages I pulled out of my butt: 15% of the country doesn’t know what to think about any of Trump’s legal woes, 20% thinks these cases are all politically motivated witch hunts, 25 believe some, but not all of the cases are legitimate, and 40% believe Trump is guilty as charged in most, if not all of the cases.

His efforts to appoint sympathetic judges is already working for him in FL on the classified documents case. Amazingly, Judge Cannon is the only judge Trump hasn't criticized.

Why are you so misinformed? He was not prosecuted for rape. He was sued. If you don’t know the difference, keep your trap shut and read up on the case.

Trust me, I am well informed. She claims that he raped her in a department store in 1996, so why was it not prosecuted criminally back at the time?

what will happen to Trump's candidacy if he is convicted?
will he continue running his campaign from jail, or will the Republicans pick a new candidate to run against Biden?

Are you this ignorant of sexual assault to not know why women don’t speak up at the time of their assault? Really? Hope you don’t have daughters or women/girls who are close to you.

The second scenario is great for Republicans, because if a less controversial Republican became the candidate, he or she would win over Biden in a landslide.

The first scenario is basically the same - Trump's VP pick would be running for President against Biden/Harris.

without deflecting with ad hominem attacks, can you answer the question? if a rape was committed in 1996, why was it not prosecuted? plenty of rapes do get prosecuted within the time allowed by law, but this one was not.

It was not prosecuted because she did not report it to law enforcement at the time.

"Carroll explained that she did not go to police when the incident happened, and did not come forward sooner due to concerns that she’d be dismissed. At the time, she told two friends about the incident, both of whom confirmed to New York magazine that she’d relayed the assault to them. Carroll has also said that her decision to speak publicly about the alleged attack changed when allegations against other prominent men like Harvey Weinstein began to emerge."

This is nothing unexpected. Per DOJ statistics, the vast majority (nearly 70%) of women that are sexually assaulted do not report it to the police. 5.7% are arrested, 1.1% prosecuted, and 0.7% convicted.

I think this is why Democrats are so uneasy right now. if they knock Trump out of the race, they destroy Biden's best hope of being re-elected.

+1. We all know what trump is. What kind of ignorant sluts respect his disrespect for women. Maybe he will get a chance to see what it is like to be sexually assaulted in prison and see how much he likes it.
