Democrats prove every day that they are more concerned with illegal aliens than with American citizens.

NEW: ICE & DHS are accusing one of Rep. Veronica Escobar's (D-TX) staffers of repeatedly falsely claiming to be a lawyer in order to enter an ICE detention facility, meet with detainees, and give them cell phones. ICE says logbooks show Benito Torres falsely claimed to be a lawyer 11 times and repeatedly signed federal G-28 forms falsely attesting that he was an attorney there to see his clients. ICE says during one visit, the facility administrator at Camp East Montana caught Torres giving a phone to multiple detainees and confronted him, and Torres admitted he wasn't a lawyer and was visiting as a private citizen.

Torres is now banned from ICE facilities, and the ICE Director has sent a letter to Rep. Escobar, demanding to know if Torres made the "fraudulent visits" with authorization from her, and whether or not she will cooperate with a potential federal investigation into the incident.

MIAMI – A federal grand jury in Miami has returned an indictment charging Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick and several co-defendants with stealing federal disaster funds, laundering the proceeds, and using the money to support her 2021 congressional campaign.

According to the indictment, Cherfilus-McCormick, 46, and her brother Edwin Cherfilus, 51, both of Miramar, worked through their family health-care company on a FEMA-funded COVID-19 vaccination staffing contract in 2021. In July 2021, the company received an overpayment of $5 million in FEMA funds.

The indictment alleges that the defendants conspired to steal that $5 million and routed it through multiple accounts to disguise its source. Prosecutors allege that a substantial portion of the misappropriated funds was used as candidate contributions to Cherfilus-McCormick’s 2021 congressional campaign and for the personal benefit of the defendants.

The indictment further alleges that Cherfilus-McCormick and Nadege Leblanc, 46, of Miramar, arranged additional contributions using straw donors, funneling other monies from the FEMA-funded Covid-19 contract to friends and relatives who then donated to the campaign as if using their own money.

LOL, I love the MAGAs noting these 4 and 5 figure crimes offered by some democrats in the face of 8 and 9 figure crimes that Trump and his administration inflict on a daily basis.

Equating them is silly. Holding ALL elected officials to higher standards is a must. Why won't MAGA hold its own accountable? You don't see democrats excusing or justifying crimes on the left.

NEW: DHS has released what they say is more evidence that Rep. Escobar’s (D-TX) pretended to be an attorney to get access to ICE inmates & sneak them cell phones, and have released a new statement responding to Rep. Escobar:

“Last week, Director Lyons asked Representative Escobar to respond to some straightforward questions about the illicit behavior of one of her staffers, Benito Torres. Torres lied about being an attorney in order to gain access to an ICE detention facility. He misrepresented himself repeatedly over the course of several months, talking directly to detainees even though he was NOT their legal counsel. He even passed a phone around multiple detainees during a January 2026 visit, a dangerous violation of security protocols.

“Rep. Escobar refused to do respond honestly. Instead, she took to X defend Torres and gaslight the public.

“Here’s further evidence that Torres falsely claimed to be an attorney – this is the type of behavior Rep. Escobar continues to defend.

“Actions like Mr. Torres’ are meant to undermine ICE’s statutory mission to enforce immigration laws and remove illegal aliens from the interior.”

Democrat City Councilman Jeffery Grossman has plead GUILTY after being charged with possession of child pornography

Grossman was a 6 year Democrat councilman in Tenafly New Jersey, running for 3rd term when he and his son were arrested in 2023, and was serving as city council president at the time

Grossman was a MIDDLE SCHOOL TEACHER in Rochelle Park NJ at the time of his arrest, he was even named “Teacher of the Year” in 2015. His son worked as a substitute teacher

Police say the father and son were caught possessing over 1,000 child porn images on 32 different devices

Grossman also allegedly lives within 100ft of a local school in Tenafly

Grossman stayed on the ballot as the Democrat nominee in 2023 despite the charges. While he thankfully lost re-election to an Independent challenger, over 1,000 Democrat voters voted for him

Both Grossmans will be sentenced in the coming weeks

You could not script this. Per 𝘔𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘢 𝘍𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴, the 𝘉𝘰𝘻𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘋𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘊𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘭𝘦, and the 𝘋𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘔𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘯, here is what happened.

𝐀𝐛𝐛𝐞𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤 was, until 2024, one of the most plugged-in Democratic campaign operatives in Montana — campaign treasurer for multiple Dem candidates, PACs, and political committees. In August 2025 she pled guilty to federal charges of 𝐰𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐳𝐳𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 totaling 𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 $𝟐𝟓𝟑,𝟎𝟎𝟎 stolen from her own clients’ campaigns. She transferred campaign funds into private accounts and falsified campaign finance records. Among her victims: Missoula 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐙𝐨𝐨𝐞𝐲 𝐙𝐞𝐩𝐡𝐲𝐫 — the transgender legislator who became a national Democratic hero in 2023 — who alleges Cook stole 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 $𝟓𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 from her 2024 campaign alone.

Cook was released pending a September 2026 sentencing on strict conditions: no travel without notifying her probation officer, no alcohol. Instead, she flew to Miami and boarded the 𝘚𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘦𝘵 𝘓𝘢𝘥𝘺, a 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧 𝐕𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, where she proceeded to drink on the high seas. When her probation officer caught her on return, she admitted it. FBI agents detained her at the Bozeman airport jetway.

A federal magistrate has now ordered her jailed until sentencing.

Let that sink in. A Democratic operative stole a quarter million dollars from Democratic candidates — including the trans state legislator the party paraded as a civil rights icon — then spent the waiting period before sentencing on a 𝐥𝐮𝐱𝐮𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐞 she was legally barred from taking. And the people she stole from are the same people who run the party that lectures the country about 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺.

🚨BREAKING: Former Biden-era VA official John H. Windom—tasked with overseeing the massive Electronic Health Record Modernization project—has been federally indicted for concealing thousands in cash, casino chips, Louis Vuitton gift cards, and other lavish gifts from contractors.

While leading the effort, Windom helped award a $10 BILLION contract to Cerner (later bought by Oracle Health).
