He did that for years before moving on to thrill kills.

He's a big Cowboys fan. Of course he knows a thing or two about being a loser.

Yes. I stopped by their house with a gift

How many people here give their grown friends birthday gifts? Does this seem weird to anyone else?

Yes, very weird. It strikes me that BB or his family finally hired a PR agency, or a more competent one.

Pretty sure this “friend” was a ruse by Big Momma Tess.

I believe that was BB himself. I think he posted many times on this forum. I also believe you can tell when Tess posted because she uses poor grammar. However it wouldn't be a stretch that BB would change his writing style and post things. Has it been shown that Tess wrote things about Joe online, yes on her different account using horrid hash tags. Why wouldn't both of them participate on this forum? They would in my opinion. I don't think BB had many actual friends.

I was friends with some of BBs friends and was acquaintances with him about a decade ago. You'd be surprised with how many friends he actually had. He had a lot more than you'd think. I never understood it.

I know someone like this. Hopefully he’s not a wife killer but he’s generally not a good person. Yet is constantly doing social things. I’m not sure any of these people are true friends of his (I’d view it more as an extended network of enablers). But I always regarded it as his inability to be okay by himself because he can’t even tolerate his own company.

Does anyone know if there's likely to be any other hearings before the February trial? Nothing else is on the docket yet.

Yes. There will be at least one pre-trial hearing. It’s typically a couple weeks before the trial date. That being said most people think this trial is going to get pushed out.

BB coming back from McDonalds while JR is in the house still doesn’t make sense to me…

He wanted to kill him. He meant to. It was part of the plan.

He needed an alibi

Not that. I mean what happened in that time gap.

You're right about a gap there. A very fine window of opportunity between JR entering the house and the need for BB/JPM to arrive quickly according to plan. Was Ryan told to wait in the foyer or something? If he went right upstairs immediately after entering I think CB would have confronted him in a way that made clear this was not something she was part of and he (JR) would have flown out of the house.

That’s my point. Thank you.
I’m from the area and I drove to that McDonalds today. So many traffic lights…too many opportunities to go wrong.

We’ve been able to put together so many pieces of the puzzle from the court filings, but yeah - what happened during the time between JR arriving and BB arriving is still a mystery. We know that BB turned off CB’s phone and put it in a drawer on the first floor. He apparently did that so that, when the Au pair and BB called it based on their “concerns”, it went to voicemail. I wonder if BB also hid it so that CB couldn’t call the police when JR entered her home?

I think PP’s theory that JR was supposed to wait in the foyer or something might be correct. Surely BB didn’t want JR and CB meeting up before he got there, because otherwise they might have realized it was a set up.

JR entered the bedroom and thought he was engaging in a fantasy with CB. CB thought she was being raped.

He was likely told to go up to the bedroom and that the "wife" would be playing along. So when CB was like WTF or scared silent he thought it was part of the scene. It's f'ing disgusting that BB created this scenario.
