The Kitchn has a great recipe for upside down cake using any fruit. I did a combination of blueberries, cherries, and plums a couple of weeks ago, and it was delicious.

I just made grilled peaches--so yummy!

Cut in half and take out pit. Brush some oil/fat on each cut half (I used melted butter). Place cut side down on med to med-hi grill for 3 mins, then turn 90 degrees for another 2-3 mins (peaches should be getting soft. I tried to get good grill marks, but they stuck to the grill--need to oil the grill better next time).
Then flip over and sprinkle a Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp) and cinnamon (1/8 tsp) mixture on top. (Be careful since the heat from the grill makes this difficult). Close the lid for a few minutes. Check to see if the sugar mixture is melted.

Serve either with vanilla ice cream or balsamic vinegar (I used fig balsamic vinegar) and goat cheese.

Not a muffin or a bread, but if you can get some good tomatoes, I highly recommend this tomato peach salad. I have made it without the two different types of tomatoes, and without the feta.

http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/summer-peach-tomato-salad

1/4 cup thinly vertically sliced red onion
1/2 pound ripe peaches, pitted and cut into wedges
1/4 pound heirloom beefsteak tomatoes, cut into thick wedges
1/4 pound heirloom cherry or pear tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup (1 ounce) crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons small basil leaves or torn basil
Preparation
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.

2. Combine vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Drizzle vinegar mixture over peach mixture; toss well to coat. Sprinkle with cheese and basil.

Make a peach and blueberry kuchen - http://m.allrecipes.com/recipe/75677/grandma-sals-peach-kuchen/

We've been making this dessert for 50 years and love it. Just add the blueberries in on top of the peaches before you sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/blackberry-peach-cobbler Replace the blackberries with blueberries. Just made it today. It's delicious. Make sure to give the streusel topping time to chill, it makes a difference when you bake.

Oh, man! Their website says they are out of peaches. Did you pick them all!?

My family is currently going through peaches at an alarming rate. Between 3 adults and 2 kids, we eat at least 6 per day.
