Last year wasn’t that long ago. I’m fine. Thank you for your concern.

What a difference a year makes though. Too bad ND missed the playoffs.

ND beat Indiana, Georgia, and Penn State to play in the championship last year. We should be there this year and would have won this year. But I guess we will never know for sure thanks to the CFP committee. Next year they are back with a vengeance.

ND sucked chunks of dead chicken through a straw. Indiana would have demolished them.

Excuse me?

ND. Sucked. Chunks. Of. Dead. Chicken. Through. A. Straw. Indiana. Would. Have. Demolished. Them.

I realize you are a product of Notre Dame, but come ON. Try to keep up.

Very possible. Indiana & U Miami are both great this season.

U Miami is peaking at the right time, but their season was up and down. They lost to Louisville and SMU, which are decent teams, but not teams a “great” team would lose to.

Please...SMU was a good team this year. As far as Louisville, can't win if you turn the ball over what 5 times.

Yes what a waste having Alabama there. Should have been ND. Everyone knows this.

lol no we don't. Their schedule is even more lame next season. All of college football is now wide awake to Notre Dame's scheduling.

Doesn’t matter. ND will win next year especially with the MOU that helps them keep their independence.

It matters.

This made me laugh really hard.

NP. One thing is clear to me after the quarterfinals. Alabama did not belong there and should have not jumped ND in the rankings. That Indiana game would have been much more competitive with ND there.

Also a NP and I agree ND should have been in, but IU would have kicked their ass too.

Was not this season, which is what you meant to say and is all that matters.

The last time IU had beaten Ohio State was 1988 before…this season.

No one cares what happened last year, or any of the years before (except ND fans clinging to that last national championship 38 years ago).

Last year meaning just about a year ago, Dec. 20 2024. Notre Dame whooped their asses. The score before ND put their 3rd stringers in was 27 - 3 in the 4th quarter with less than 2 minutes left. I realize teams change, but ND also got better since last year with a much better QB and just better overall. It would have been a very competitive game.
