Please cite what was misinformation in the 3 points I made, which I will repost again here:

1) The “victim” is declining to press charges.

2) The Army wants to close the matter ASAP.

3) Trump has been the target of numerous Justice Dept actions, warrants and indictments in the last 24 months.

2) The Army never likes to get into politics and if the employee refuses to press charges then yeah, it's not likely to go in pursuit of them. Has nothing to do with the merits of the charges. The Army DID release a highly unusual statement in defense of the cemetery employee and rebuking Trump for partisan politics in the cemetery.
3) Yes, of course he has been, that's what happens when you are a con, when you break laws, rules, regulations, ethics, etc. Why do you think Trump is above the law and should be excused for his infractions?

When this story was first reported by NPR, the Trump campaign was asked for a response. Their response was that if NPR continued to defame Trump, they’d release video to prove the accusations of an altercation were false. NPR asked for the video and the Trump campaign declined to release it. There’s nothing stopping the Trump campaign from releasing the video now, as they said they would. I wonder why they don’t?

This...doesn't make sense at all. You need to go back to the drawing board a bit and come back with a revised version I think. There's probably a MAGA sympathetic site where you can pressure test some things.
