| Where does the league post the winners? |
No, they lost in the semifinals to Manassas Park. McLean 8th A won a tight game against Gainesville to win the title. However, I heard McLean really benefited from some questionable calls against Gainesville by a ref who has a reputation of favoring McLean over the years. |
| Usually the 8th gr D1 games get assigned the best refs |
| They post all the winners and championship game MVPs to the website. but, their link is broken. |
Are they going to fix it? |
| Who won the 7th grade tournament for D1 (boys)? |
| they have the wrong doc posted in their championship link. someone needs to alert them. |
BRYC. |

Here you go:
Nice to see some of the smaller and non-cheating type orgs gets some chips. https://www.fcybl.org/league-trophy-winners |
Agree, and of course its not sus at all that Mclean 8th grade dominated D1 two years in a row. The Mclean area is such a hotbed of raw athletic ability and basketball talent. |
| Which ones are smaller? |
LOL. |
They are the orgs that usually have only one or sometimes no teams per age group. Annandale, Turnpike, SYA, Manassas Park etc. Usually from lower income areas. Much less likely to be recruiting all year or cheating on zip codes, so the win is an actual win. |
| I am confused. There is a lot of speculation here. Can’t you pull the rosters and find the addresses for the kids? If you care so much, this shouldn’t take too much leg work to figure out if the team followed the rules or not. Post some evidence or stop speculating. |
The rosters are not public, so no. Neither are people's addresses, or kids grades in school. |
