Should I even bother reporting posters who constantly accuse anyone remotely right of center as racist no matter what they posted? Its getting really old in political discussion and it doesn't really lead to much discussion at all. There are posters there that no matter what is said by someone conservative the reply is "Well you're a racist."


What about threads that are just loaded questions like this "Is republican immigration policy basically a white supremacist policy?" Or should I just give up going to that forum, because its really annoying.

I am interested in seeing the reply to your questions.
My guess is that it is one or two posters who have some growing up to do.
Or, maybe even a sock puppet.

A bunch of stuff just got reported, but I'm kind of busy (and expect to be busy this evening). I'll try to get to the reports as soon as I can.

It is basically most of that thread. Every other post is someone responding with "racist" and maybe a sentence along with it.

Once or twice they claimed that they were doing Jeff's bidding by responding like that.

Thank you. I believe most people who truly want to have a discussion are avoiding a couple of these threads.

Here few threads that examples of threads becoming filled with accusations of *all* republicans being racist, so everything they say/do is invalid and should be ridiculed. If I reported every post it would be crazy:

But you can kind of take your pick, it happens in a great deal of threads in that forum, to the point where republicans just don't bother posting anymore - what type of discussion is that?

Yes, they point out that since there is a sticky about racists its their duty.

I usually do and I love to discuss politics. I got caught up tonight, and I am kicking myself for it, but it was just such a blatant display of hypocrisy I couldn't help it.

Try to make things easy for me and name the threads that need to go entirely. I'm at a punk rock concert and it's not the best environment to try to identify specific messages.
