+1. This is a tragedy. There are thousands of good students and hundreds of good teachers who are being vilified and penalized because of guilty by association because of those who stole and impugned the reputation of UNC. There is nothing amusing about this. |

| As a UMD fan I can't even count how many valuable players we have lost to academic suspension or having t leave school due to poor academic performance. Meanwhile we have to compete over 20 years against UNC who never had a valuable player miss even one game. It was a double insult. They would win games and then say they do things the right way and every player succeeds and graduates . This also super charged recruiting and is impossible to compete against. It's an unbelievable cheating scandal that wasted the efforts of countless schools competing on an uneven playing field for decades . |
