How about looking beyond physical appearances and alleged perceptions and consider that maybe how he treats her is the biggest turn-on to her of all. So well said! And I would add the support they’ve shown and continue to show for each other’s careers and how protective he always seems to be of her has to be a big appeal as well. Not to mention the fact that he doesn’t seem to feel diminished or overshadowed by her success at all. For someone of her status I would imagine these types of qualities are extremely hard to find.

CTE is a risk but not the risk you state. And no middle aged is 45 for everyone. Football playes do not have special dibs on middle aged.
