I forgot about the thread! Mary is not in the house. She lives with a friend. I sold the house, for a little below the asking price.

Thanks for the update, OP. I wondered what happened. Selling, at this point in your life, was a smart choice. I hope that Mary is finding her footing and that she'll do well.
