Kane from Kaneshow divorcing and crying on air right now (PART TWO)

Anonymous
Does anyone remember when Nat was offered a small recurring role on a daytime soap and she declined bc Kane said he didn't feel comfortable with her kissing other people? Being on a soap was Nat's dream. Sucks that she couldn't pursue it bc of Kane's insecurity and hope another offer comes her way.

Yes she shows you how to craft and rebuild a room in the house with someone else's cash!

Man, I'm not particularly a fan of her, but that was hateful. Kane chose to marry her and was ok with her being a stay-home mom/blogger, why should you only attack her? From what I remember when they were in love on the radio, he talked about her being a stay-home mom very highly, too. That was a decision they made together during their marriage is what I am trying to say. People act like she held a gun to Kane's head when they came to that resolution.

People live with the choices they make, and Kane sure is now.

What I don't understand is that she supposedly has been offered more TV segments and contributor posts related to her blog than she has actually done!! People are ASKING her to work!!

I have a feeling that won't be the case anymore. I think we know why she was being asked. Without that connection, well.

You honestly believe this?

I don't see why it's so far fetched

Why in the world would a stay at home mom with no acting experience be offered a role on a show when there are thousands of actors with agents begging every day for these jobs? They just plucked her out of obscurity or saw her blog and thought they had to have her? Come on, you know how fake the show is. Can't believe you'd think this is real for even one second.

I agree. She's nothing special. If that's the case any one of us should have been asked to be on tv.

It's a daytime soap! It's not Casablanca!! My left nut could get an acting job on a daytime soap.

Hateful? Relax. No one's attacking her, but the dynamic has changed. She was a stay at home mom while they were married, we'll see if that continues. My point was if you were living in a very expensive home while your soon to be ex was paying for everything (and living in some apt), would you be doing frivolous, expensive projects? I'm sure life would go on if she didn't have this new breakfast nook or whatever it is, and as others said here it couldn't have been cheap. It's kind of a slap in the face to just spend money on something completely unnecessary. I honestly feel sorry for her, she seems bored.

I will agree with you about him having to live with his choices.

I think everybody has pointed out that was a last winter project job when they were still together. I'm sure both Kane and Nat have to cut back on expenses now. Also, her blog is a way for her to earn some of her income, whether how little it is, people don't realize that.

Wasn't she a guest on NBC or some popular channel for her arts and crafts stuffs too? I don't doubt she could score a small role on a soap, but I think the decision to turn that down had little to do with Kane being uncomfortable with her being naked with other men on film. He probably just used that as a piece to talk about on his show.

If she works she wouldn't get alimony and child support would be based on both their incomes. I remember a few years ago they were having issues because she was dealing with postpartum and said she wanted to go back to work and felt like she gave up her career. She hasn't been happy for a long time. Then she started running thinking that will help her depression. N also said that her and Peter didn't have sex for over 6 weeks because of her depression.. This was after the 2nd daughter was born.. It was on her blog

I remember this segment, I think Sarah was all for Natasha going on TV (if the story is true). Kane has a lot of insecurities.

I think Natasha was on Channel 8 once to plug something years ago too.

That's sad.

Why hasn't she monetized her blog? Hire a developer for a day and get some ads and affiliate links going. It just doesn't make sense. If she wanted any chance to make a living as a mommy blogger, she really should have taken advantage of the opportunities she had. Even if she just wanted it to stay a low pressure hobby blog, It could pay for itself and fund her Michaels trips with a little bit of tweaking.

I think she did get some money off her blog. She wrote an entry about it; she made about $300-$400 a month. But don't quote me on the amount.
