AOS AET admissions decisions this week?

Each middle school is allotted a certain number of seats for AET and AOS based on the size of the middle school and the total number of applicants from a school. The Admissions Office does not release the information you are seeking. The LCPS school board does release cohort data later in the fall at a school board meeting. That data is posted in Board Docs for public access." My son recieved an offer from AOS the day after the AOL admissions officer responded.

Surprised you got a response even when the admissions office has been closed .

"My son received an offer " was a good touch to your lie

Yeah, and on top of that, the admissions office is very careful not to use AOL as a broad term like this. MATA isn't a very competitive process.

And AOS offers are going out like candy this year.

I guarantee if you send an email to admissions they will #1 not answer as they are not there, and #2 specifically not move your kid because you're constantly bothering them trying to get data that you shouldn't have.

Just get your kid ready for normal high school.

Well, you better be the last person whining about quotas. It just took some parental complaining to get your kid a spot at AOS. Only the best and brightest.

That's not how it works, a parent cannot influence the waitlist processs. His child must have just been next on the waitlist.

Is the waitlist process for AOL and TJ done?
Anonymous
No, i'm not a hundred percent sure about TJ, but AOL waitlist continues until the 1st day of school year. However, there is not a very high chance of anybody else getting in now as all of the AOS and AET spots have been accepted by students. The only chance of an applicant on the waitlist getting in now is if an AOL applicant gets an offer from TJ and decides to switch. As of now, I know at least 95 percent of TJ spots have been given out and accepted.
