Maybe. He produced her album On the 6. So he was involved with her romantically and in business.

But produces rap music.

This man is a POS as another poster mention but it seems like people keep belittling his reach and power. He owns businesses, produces lots of music, has discovered and ‘mentored’ (or groomed) many popular artists, is very close friends with other moguls such as Jay Z. Yes they got their start as artists but they are so much bigger than that. The man is a billionaire. That isn’t from rapping with Biggie in the 90s.

PP here. Thanks for this info; and I do get that his power, reach, and wealth extend way beyond rap music. A part of me feels bad for his rough upbringing and how that might have affected him emotionally. Still, that video is horrifying.

I think their relationship was fake; they shared a manager at the time named Benny Medina.

He didn’t have a rough upbringing. He went to catholic school and lived in Westchester. He went to Howard University and dropped out for this career. Some of yall are so stereotypical. His father was in the Air Force.

Puff Dildo has long had a problem with getting violent. Remember that music video he did back in the day where he was wearing a cross, trying to milk his association with BIG after his death? He has second thoughts on the Jesus comparison and best the hell out of some studio guy who wouldn't pull it because of all the money invested. Dudes a complete clown.

Can someone summarize how Usher and 50 tried to “tell us” as another poster stated?

PP here. I know plenty of people who were poor but went to Catholic schools. I also think being horn in Harlem and having your father shot dead as the driver for a drug dealer is rough.
