It's what he wanted. The administration's bungling and foot dragging dishonor him. Then again, Trump went golfing rather than attend the vigil for Kirk so apparently Trump thought that poorly of Kirk's call for releasing the files. Trump really must have something to hide and cover for, to do Charlie dirty like that.

Many people say it’s why Charlie was killed.

We certainly are seeing the destruction part.

Certainly could be Trump’s pride at work. His fear of being humilitated is as big as the banner welcoming him to Windsor Castle!

Clever activism to refuse to allow “Trump to polish his image” by having tea with King Charles by “celebrating the relationship between Trump and convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.”

The banner is in front of Windsor Castle where the meeting is to take place.

https://thehill.com/homenews/senate/5501751-congress-republicans-release-epstein-files/

Some Republicans now say privately that it’s inevitable Congress will pass legislation directing Attorney General Pam Bondi to release all files the Department of Justice (DOJ) possesses related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

President Trump has repeatedly tried to wave aside calls from Republicans and MAGA activists to make all the Epstein files public, but GOP lawmakers say privately that Trump is losing the battle to move on from the controversy that has been a White House annoyance since earlier this summer.

This is encouraging news.

I really hope this happens. The thousands of women who have been victimized by Trump and all those connected with him deserve it.

Yes. May the pressure in the US and abroad continue until US politicians won’t hold Trump accountable.

Aside from attorney fees, they'd have to prove damages.

There’s tons of reputational damage when the President calls one of the world’s premier newspapers a liar. I’m sure Rupert can hire someone to figure out how much.

Also, court costs.

Hope the newspapers fight back.

Wouldn't surprise me. The donors who help start his company and fund his project are the same type of people who do not want the files to be released.

Because Kirk went against GOP line on Trump’s innocence?

The Guardian has some good pieces related to Epstein.

It is so strange that the Washington Post does not have much coverage of Epstein and Trump…..

Victim’s have been so courageous despite NDAs and other concerns.

I wish US politicians would do the same.
