Seems like it’s time to change the Presidential pardon power.

I wonder if he has already signed them but not released. That way his minions can release them right before they tell us he died and still get their pardons.
Then again, that would force him to confront his mortality while thinking of others, so that can easily be ruled out too.

It's a delicious thought but trump is such a loathsome POS that I can envision him pardoning not a single soul making them pay for his failures.
