As someone from the Sw who has been to rodeo, the boots and beaded belt might be cute with just jeans. Or if the skirt was longer and plain black with no beading instead of the fringe. I like the Wyoming outfit except for the fur/fake fur on the collar of the jacket. I'd also pair with different top, but the one she has is ok:
