Dentist for child with Sensory Issues

Anonymous
Looking for a Dentist that has experience with young children with sensory processing issues or autism. My child really needs a cleaning, and my usual dentist has been unable to convince him to open his mouth. In DC or close in suburbs would be ideal.
Thanks

Dr. Carol Orlando on Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda is wonderful!!! Her husband who works in the same building and is an orthodontist who also "gets" the sensory piece too.

I think I have probably posted in one of the above threads, but Dr. Alan Kuwabara in Friendship Heights is wonderful with my sensory seeker/ADHD kid.

This is who we see. Mine is the kid who until the last visit screamed every time. He was great, had me hold my son and got us in/out really quickly (till the last visit my kid loved and wouldn't leave).
