Actresses standing in a nude lineup per J Law. This sort of thing became normalized in the industry because everyone seemingly went along with it. Nobody declined. Now maybe things will change...or not. Things won't change if women continue to go along with things to get a part, get a job, whatever.

Rape and assault are clearly different: there's no choice involved. But if you are asked or even told by a casting director to do something you don't feel comfortable doing, you have a choice to decline. Furthering your career in Hollywood by compromising your principles isn't your only option. Stand up, say something and walk out. You can likely sue for sexual harassment as well.
