Their flagrant disregard for laws that local politicians, voted in by citizens, put in place to keep residents safe threatens to become a loosely knit global gang/terrorist network. They have been destroying public and private property for over 20 years. Their assets need to be seized and the assets of those who fund them. I repeat the assets of those who fund them need to be seized. This can only be done when they have been designated by the FBI as a gang. Act like a gang be treated like a gang.
