As has been established, Antifa is most definitely far left.  Here's another article (from a favorite liberal source, too!) claiming yet again:

They are anarchists who think democracy has failed to handle the facists so they are handling it themselves. Fundamentally, they don't support democracy so they are anti-establishment - they are against both Rs and Ds.

And they are currently building momentum because of Trump. They oppose the "hateful rhetoric" that Trump fosters. They just handle it in a different way than Democrats/liberals.
