There is no sterile environment for ANY communal living situation, be it a college dorm room, an ICU or a prison. They are filthy. Plan accordingly.

The classroom has an open bathroom concept. The kids were changing out of their swimsuits because they do water play. A volunteer sees everything the teacher or assistant sees.
