That “FCV” coach at William and Mary was at fcv for less than 4 months. She was there because her daughters played there.

And the “fcv coach” at GMU is married to the fcv director. Never been a head coach at fcv.

When you bring in quality coaches they are apt to get hired away, but I appreciated having those coaches - and other coaches at that level - running training sessions for my kid. I’d rather that than having my kid at a club that doesn’t have any coaches that will ever be considered for a college coaching job.

Clyde is the best. He’s not at FCV. So, I guess you should move your kid

I’ve heard Clyde is very good. I’ve heard positive things about coaches at Arlington, VDA, Bethesda, Metro United, and BRYC as well.

Kids leaving to go to FCV might be the coaches, look if they had other teams and if good players left.

Lol. Bless your heart. I can’t wait fir your DD to go to college and see how “good” most of these college coaches are. Many of the top youth coaches in NOVA could be coaching college teams if they wanted to, but they choose to coach youth. Just like college coaches choose to coach college instead of youth or some college coaches choose to coach college instead of professional.

You don’t think any of the youth coaches in Northern Virginia could coach in college? Do you think all of the college coaches would do well in youth?

Let’s just see how it plays out. Loudoun may have lost a couple players, but the three players came from Arlington to Loudoun are very strong. One of them we have been watching for years and years. The Bethesda player is pretty good, too.

Any idea what is going with your former director being fired from Washington Spirit?
