I'd be super pissed off. Apart from the social difficulties the conversations at night in those bunks are NOT AT ALL appropriate for a 12 year old.

I would make a big deal about it - and also that they ignored your call. They should have moved up the oldest 14 year olds and shuffled the others accordingly. They took the easiest path and I’d be curious to know what your son says about it.

No way my child would return as I’d question their transparency on other matters too.
