Julianne Moore still stunning at 60…but she’s had surgery, right?

I’m sure the Oscar-winning, globally acclaimed actress who is rich, beautiful and famous cares a lot that you don’t like the roles she takes on.

She definitely had a brow lift and a bleph.

I've looked at thousands of facelift before/afters online and you can almost never tell when someone has had one--they just look refreshed and/or a good 10-20 years younger than their chronological age. They may have crinkly eye wrinkles but no sagging skin.

When women look weird it's generally fillers. Facelifts (as done in 2024) generally look remarkably natural. DCUM think they can spy a facelift from a mile away but they're thinking of the facelifts of 1980. Facial plastic surgery has advanced tremendously since then.

I agree with this. So, why not other celebrities? Just get the facelift and stop with the fillers.

Agree with the facelift (definitely, her eyes look very different than her youth), but minimal fillers. I think this is the way to go, but of course requires great bone structure to begin with. The fillers are for those who in a sense lack this structure and are attempting to re-sculpt their face (along with reverse aging).

Think Julia Roberts has done the same (plus a little too much Botox), and also looks good for her age. (Tho recall her looking very stretched out in the Eat Pray Love era, but it seems to have settled in...)

She looks like she's done everything but filler. Filler is what makes you look crazy and unnatural (yes, I know it can look natural too but after a certain amount or a bad application or a certain age, it's often got "a look.")

Botox for sure.
Laser smoothing/texture improvement.
Maybe an eye or face lift? But at 60, could just be genetics and sunscreen and botox.
And photo filters and makeup. The difference between the image on the initial post and the IG candid are stunning. She clearly has wrinkles, which leads me to believe this is just botox, laser retexturing, and photo editing.
