Often the case that a woman is beautiful not hot, or hot and not beautiful. Julianne and Courteney Cox are examples of the former, Jennifer Aniston and Sidney Sweeney the latter. I prefer beauty, which lasts longer, as we can see in Julianne's case.

I agree with this. So, why not other celebrities? Just get the facelift and stop with the fillers.

Yes, she smokes. I agree she uses laser, tretinoin, and light botox. And kept a stable weight, which is important too. Don't think she's done anything else.

Hard to judge whether she's had surgery or not. Let's see some pics of her first thing in the morning without makeup. That way we can really judge. The pics in the link of her are all with makeup on and were probably taken in soft focus.

Almost all celebrities get facelifts, many at strikingly young ages.

There is no one who looks 20 years younger than their age. These procedures can mask certain things but no 60 year-old looks like a 40 year-old woman and no 50-year-old looks like a 30-year-old woman. The procedures fix wrinkles and imperfections and sagging, but no one has turned back the clock.

I look at Jennifer Aniston and she still looks mid-50s to me. She’s had work and she’s looking refreshed but she does not look like a 35-year-old. Same with Gwen Stefani, Cameron Diaz, etc. they all look around their age just with fewer wrinkles.

Even JLO, who looks amazing. No one would look at her and say she is 30.
