Can plastic surgeons tell who got surgery just by looking at them?

A plastic surgeon sewed my child’s finger back on when they were a baby. 15 years later I returned to him to have a mole removed. He couldn’t tell where he had repaired the finger. Did a great job in the mole also.

I think it soley depends on type of surgery..tummy tuck is easy to spot. Lipo is not.

So you are saying only top of the top surgeons and their staff can tell. Lol. You are proving me right. Most can't tell.
I mean tummy tuck or implants are easy to tell but the other stuff....no
